📦 Eligible Items for Returns

💳 Return Shipping Fee

  • If the return is due to product quality issues or incorrect product delivery, Ledkld will cover the return shipping fee.
  • If the return is due to personal reasons (such as dislike or mismatch), the return shipping fee is the customer's responsibility.
  • We recommend using a trackable, secure shipping method to prevent loss or damage during transit.

📦 Refund Policy

  • The refund amount includes the product price and paid shipping fees (if applicable) and will be refunded through the original payment method (PayPal).
  • If the customer bears the return shipping fee, the refund will be deducted from the applicable fee.
